CECI’s strategic partner, Brenntag Corporation, a nationwide chemical company (a subsidiary of VEBA-AG) subsidiary, under a strict contract and confidentiality agreement, is responsible for the production and bulk distribution of the Company’s CentronTM products.
VEBA-AG, one of Germany’s most highly regarded and largest industrial companies, and one of Europe’s largest publicly held companies, has expressed interest in devoting substantial resources to producing CentronTM products for worldwide distribution and to meeting all of CECI’s production needs in the near- and long-term future.
